1. Where do you ship from?

We are proud to ship from LOCAL from Winnipeg, Manitoba.  All of our items are in-stock and you will receive them within 3-7 days for most locations in Canada.  Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT ship from China.  

 

2. What form of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal through the website.  You can also pay for your order with Interac e-transfer.  We also accept cash and debit in person.

 

3. Where do I find a DISCOUNT CODE and where do I enter it?

The discount is entered at the time you place the order.  You can find a discount code by going to our Facebook Store

 

4. Where do we ship?

We are local business in Canada and only ship to Canadian customers.

  

5. What about taxes?

Prices are plus taxes

About our wigs/hair extensions/hair toppers/hair accessories... 

1. How do I wear my wig for the first time?

Remove wig from the plastic bag. Gently remove the protective hair net from your wig. Give your wig a good few shakes to separate the fibers to give some body to the hair. Some wigs need to be shaken to release the preset styling. Brush your hair away from your face and secure a wig cap in place, tucking in any extra hair. Hold your wig at the sides with the woven label in back. Place it at your natural hairline and slide it's on from front to back adjust the wig as needed so the front edge is just over your natural hairline. Use the ear tabs to center your awake from left to right. If the wig is too tight undo the hooks at the base of the neck and try again. If the wig is too loose move the hook up a level and retry the wig, repeat until comfortable. Tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides and nape. Use a soft brush to style.

2. Do Your Wigs Come Pre-Styled? 

Yes, our wigs come pre-styled. They may need a gentle shake or some slight adjustments with a wig comb once they are removed from the plastic bag and protective hair net

3. Can I try on wigs in your WigIt store?

Yes, our ladies will help you with colour matching, trying on several styles and they will answer any questions you may have. 

4. What is your return policy? 

Due to strict health codes once a wig leaves the store, it cannot be returned. 

5. What are main advantages of synthetic wigs?

#2 - You can have a wig with vibrant colours, they won't fade. Wear any colour you want anytime!

6. Will My Wig Look Natural?

It's all about choosing the right wig ( colour and style ) that will suit you and your personality. We will help you with that

7. I’m thinning on top of my head. ​​Do I need a full head wig?

Not necessarily. Come by the store. After talking with you we will suggest the best solutions. We carry a large selection of hair toppers, you will be able to choose between hair topper and full head wig

8. My wig tangles at the nape. What can I do?

Brush the wig on a regular basis and you may use a small amount of leave in conditioner to prevent dry hair and tangling as the piece receive natural oils from the head. Also, store on a wig stand overnight.

9. How do I wear a lace front wig?

Cut the lace 1 1/2- 2 " from the hairline. After that, glue the lace to your skin, but be careful not to get your hair.

10. I need my hair braided down so my wig can look as natural as possible, do you guys offer that?

Yes! You can book your appointment in store or just call 204-899-8283

11. How do I wash my wig?

Mix cool water with wig shampoo in a sink or basin (never use a washing machine). Soak your wig for five minutes or more. Never rub, twist or wring it. After the five minutes, gently dip it up and down in the water. Rinse your wig gently but thoroughly in cool water. To condition your wig, refill your sink or basin with clean, cool water. Add one or two capfuls of conditioner to the cool water. Immerse your wig in the conditioner solution, gently working the solution through the wig with your fingers. Rinse your wig again gently but thoroughly in cool water Pat the excess water out of the wig with a towel. Hang your wig loosely on a wig stand

12. I bought a lace front wig and need the lace cut, do you guys offer that service?

Yes! You can book your appointment in store or just call 204-899-8283

13. Can cancer patients get discount on wigs?

Yes! You can get 30% off in store.

14. Why lace front?

Lace front wigs are great for those who are looking for the most natural-looking style. They offer a lightweight full lace cap inside, that allows for easier breathing.

15. Can I try some of the wigs?

Absolutely! If you see a wig you like, just ask one of our friendly sales associates for help getting it down and trying it on. We do require a wig cap (available for purchase at the desk) to try on though, for hygienic purposes.

16. Do your wigs come in different sizes?

Most of our wigs are a one size fits all, however they are all adjustable. You can tighten them to fit snugger if need be. Our toppers however do come in a few different cap sizes. (circumference of the top inside)

1. Can you ladies help with size fitting?

YES! We offer complimentary fittings in store to make sure that you leave with your perfect size!

2. Do waist trainers give back support?

Yes! Wearing a waist trainer can help to straighten and realign your back while encouraging new posture habits. 

3. What is a Waist Trainer?

Some people wear them as a fashion statement, while others wear a waist trainers under clothing for back and posture support. If you are looking for that classic hourglass figure ⏳ add waist trainer to your everyday wardrobe 💃🏃‍♀️

4. How to wash my waist trainer?

Soak your waist trainer in a bucket of lukewarm water with a little bit of detergent. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes. After that rinse your waist trainer with cold water. You can dry the waist trainer on a drying rack. Never wash it in a washing machine
